Marks the resting liquidity above and below the overnight range, the pools the overnight range report tracks getting taken. Shows which side is more likely to go first, not just that a level exists.
What it plots
same levels as the reportLiquidity draws the levels the Overnight range break report measures, so the chart and the number agree.
